The Redmond Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) team provides emergency communications services for the City of Redmond, Washington. If normal communications are disrupted, team members can relay messages for fire, police, and other public service agencies within the city. Redmond ARES can also provide information and communications assistance to other city, county, state, and national emergency service organizations.

Meetings and Nets
Every Sunday at 7:30 pm Redmond ARES conducts a net on the N6OBY repeater at 443.325 MHz + (103.5 PL). Visitors are welcome and encouraged to join us.
In case of a repeater failure, the alternate frequency is the KC7IYE repeater at 145.310 MHz - (103.5 PL).
Redmond ARES meets on the third Wednesday of every month from 7-9 pm at Redmond Fire Station 17, 16917 NE 116th St, Redmond, WA 98052. Non-members are encouraged to attend. For any changes to the time or location of a month’s meeting, check the News page, or join our weekly net.
